On-Site Massage

On site massage is a clothed seated massage which is carried out on a specially designed chair and can be performed practically anywhere. This is an invigorating massage which can help people overcome the mid-day slump, decreasing stress and increasing productivity.

When a person is receiving a massage their body releases mood-enhancing chemicals such as serotonin, dopamine and natural endorphins.  These hormones create a natural high. Massage also reduces the flow of cortisol and adrenaline helping to reduce anxiety and stress.
