On-Site Massage

On site massage is a clothed seated massage which is carried out on a specially designed chair and can be performed practically anywhere. This is an invigorating massage which can help people overcome the mid-day slump, decreasing stress and increasing productivity.

9.9 million work days were lost due to stress and anxiety in 2014/2015. This can be reduced by regular on-site massage. http://www.hse.gov.uk/statistics/causdis/stress/

When a person is receiving a massage their body releases mood-enhancing chemicals such as serotonin, dopamine and natural endorphins.  These hormones create a natural high. Massage also reduces the flow of cortisol and adrenaline helping to reduce anxiety and stress.

Staff will only be away from their desks for a short period of time - but they will return feeling energised and ready to tackle any remaining work. Massage increases productivity and morale.

The benefits of on-site massage include:

  • Reduction of stress
  • Increased energy levels
  • Increase in productivity
  • Feeling happy
  • Reduction of muscle tension in the back, arms and hands
  • A happier, healthier working environment

It's not just a treat for your staff - it can save you the costs associated with staff stress.
